How much does a survey cost?
The fee is based upon the purchase price, size and type of property. Click here to see our fee schedule.
When do I pay?
Payment will be required before inspection, when the survey is booked.
How can I pay?
To avoid delay, you can pay by BACS, Paypal. We also accept cheque, but we need to allow time for the cheque to clear.
Do you have insurance?
We have professional Imdemnity cover for up to £500,000 for each and every claim.
Can I talk to the surveyor about my survey?
Yes, you can speak to the surveyor after he has inspected the property.
Do you provide costings for defects?
A guide price can be provided for most costings if requested.
Can you provide surveyors for the bank?
Most Banks and lending institutions will appoint their own valuers but in some instances we may be able to provide a valuation - call for further information.
